TEPRI’s CVES regional reports speak to the lived energy experiences of nearly 7,000 respondents who contend with low incomes across Texas. The survey findings shed light on the respondent’s priorities around affordability, reliability, and clean energy. From the “High Plains” in Region 1, to the “Capital” in Region 7, and to the “Upper Rio Grande” in Region 13, the reports delve into the details of each region.

CVES stands as the cornerstone of TEPRI’s community-engaged research, which allows us to better address people’s interest in areas like energy assistance, resilience hubs, and democratizing clean energy options for all.
