We are delighted to announce that our Texas Low-Income Community Profile (LICP) Overview Report is now available!
TEPRI developed the Texas LICP Series in collaboration with the Lyndon B. Johnson (LBJ) School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin and the Environmental Defense Fund (EDF). The series is designed to reveal insights at the intersection of poverty and energy affordability to advance lasting energy solutions for low-income communities.
The Texas Overview Report is the first in the LICP series. Its aim is to establish context and to highlight opportunities for regional inquiry, as it will be followed by regional reports that take a closer look at each study region.
