The Community Voices in Energy Survey 2.0 dashboard brings to life the lived experiences of low-income Texans navigating the energy system. This interactive tool visualizes key insights from over 6,500 survey participants across 13 regions, with a focus on affordability, reliability, and clean energy access.

The EVI measures how severely households experience energy hardship—not just by cost, but by reallife impacts like cutting back on essentials, unsafe temperature settings, shutoff threats, and lack of assistance. Scores range from 0 to 4, revealing where energy insecurity is most severe.
